The company’s main production facilities include one set of ester-hardened sodium silicate sand and 20 ton/hour resin sand of regeneration system; one set of TYH-20S(X) lifting type remote controlled two-armed rotary continuous resin sand mixer, two sets of TYH-10A(X) two-armed rotary continuous resin sand mixers, one set of 10-ton and 1-ton intermediate frequency furnaces each, two sets of 5-ton and 3-ton intermediate frequency furnace respectively; One set of 60-ton and 20-ton full-fibered gas heat treatment furnace respectively, one set of 10-ton resistance type heat treatment furnace, two sets of shot blast cleaning equipments etc. Its main testing equipments include Italian direct-reading spectrometer, physical mechanical property testing device, fluorescent magnetic particle testing device, ultrasonic testing device, γ-ray testing device etc. The company has also introduced advanced computer solidification simulation technique to guarantee the advancement and stability of product ethnics. The company possesses solid production and technical strength as well as advanced testing equipments. It has obtained ISO 9001-2000 and PED/CE certificates.
